Services
Six formats, from fractional marketing leadership to team training and international projects. Quotes on request, after a free 30-minute call.
Fractional or interim CMO
For SMEs, scale-ups and tech companies that need senior marketing leadership without a full-time hire.
I lead marketing from the inside, at executive-committee level. Fractional: a few days a month, over time. Interim: full time, for a fundraise, a launch, a reorganisation or a hire.
- The problem
- Marketing needs to scale, and the company does not yet have a marketing director to make it happen.
- What you get
- Diagnosis and 6- and 12-month marketing plan
- Team, process and tool structure
- Performance management and reporting to the executive committee
- Team training and upskilling
- Hiring and handover to your future CMO
- Duration
- Fractional: a few days a month, open-ended. Interim: 3 to 9 months
- Track record
- Eight years on the executive committee of Daryl Social Software: revenue grew from €8M to €25M with a team of 20; in 2025, go-to-market for InternationalSIM at Bouygues Telecom.
AI and growth audit
For SME and mid-cap leaders who want to know where AI can genuinely help.
Five days to assess AI's potential in your business, review growth end to end, and identify the use cases that really pay off.
- The problem
- There are many levers, little time, and nobody has an overall view of acquisition, CRM and processes.
- What you get
- Audit of acquisition, CRM and customer journeys
- Map of processes and automatable tasks
- Roadmap prioritised by effort and impact
- Presentation to the leadership team and AI awareness for staff
- Duration
- 5 days over 2 to 3 weeks
- Track record
- Eighteen years of data-driven growth, from Easyflirt to Bouygues Telecom.
AI integration and process automation
For SMEs and mid-caps losing time on re-keying, follow-ups and reporting.
I design and deploy AI agents that take over repetitive work between your tools, then train your teams to use them.
- The problem
- Teams re-enter the same information from one tool to another, follow-ups get lost, and data is never up to date.
- What you get
- Agent specification: rules, data, edge cases, KPIs
- Implementation with your tools (CRM, accounting, ERP, collaboration suite)
- Testing, go-live and documentation
- Team training and change management
- Monitoring of first results
- Duration
- Depending on scope, usually 3 to 8 weeks
- Track record
- AI agents in production for SMEs, including a link agent between accounting and a construction-management ERP.
AI training and ethics charter
For companies that want their teams to use AI well, safely and in line with the EU AI Act.
Since February 2025, the EU AI Act requires every organisation using AI to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among its staff. I turn this into an opportunity: trained teams, a clear ethical framework and use cases that deliver.
- The problem
- Employees already use AI tools, often with no framework or training: data risks, uneven results, and a legal obligation left uncovered.
- What you get
- Map of AI use across the company
- Shared awareness and role-based training on your real use cases
- AI use charter and human-review rules
- Documented training plan under Article 4 of the AI Act
- Internal champions and follow-up over time
- Duration
- From a few half-days to a programme over several months, depending on team size
- Track record
- Six months digitalising and training the sales and marketing teams of Mondadori France, and change management built into every AI engagement.
Launch strategy (go-to-market)
To launch a product, an app or a digital service, in France or abroad.
A sprint to move from an offer to a managed launch: who to sell to, through which channels, with which partners and which KPIs.
- The problem
- The product is ready, but positioning, channels and partnerships are not, especially for an international audience.
- What you get
- Positioning and value proposition by segment
- Distribution, partnership and affiliate strategy
- Acquisition plan and CRM tools
- Launch KPI dashboard
- Duration
- 6 to 10 weeks
- Track record
- Go-to-market for InternationalSIM, Bouygues Telecom's travel eSIM (200+ destinations), and an affiliate platform deployed in 15 countries.
International development and cooperation
For companies, institutions and organisations running projects between France, Europe and Latin America.
I support projects that cross borders: opening a market, international partnerships and cooperation programmes, especially with Spain and Latin America, in French, English and Spanish.
- The problem
- International projects rarely fail on the product. They fail on partner choice, culture, language and coordination between public, private and non-profit players.
- What you get
- Market study and choice of target countries
- Action plan to open a new market
- Identification and structuring of partners
- Adaptation of offers and communication to cultural contexts
- Coordination of multi-stakeholder, multi-country programmes
- Duration
- From a one-off engagement to support over several months
- Track record
- Co-founder of Open Team, a UN-accredited NGO with a team in 4 countries; development projects in Guatemala; engagements in Spain, Canada and Mexico; co-founded a concept store in Mexico working directly with artisan communities; degrees from ESCD 3A and Tecnológico de Monterrey.
Frequently asked questions
How much does an engagement cost?
Every engagement is quoted according to its scope and duration. The first 30-minute call is free and is used to frame the need before any proposal.
Where do you work?
Across France and internationally. I work on site when it matters, especially for diagnosis and launch phases, and remotely the rest of the time, in French, English or Spanish.
What is the difference between fractional and interim?
A fractional CMO works a few days a month for your company, over time, without the cost of a full-time hire. An interim CMO works full time for a defined period, for a key stage or a gap.
How do you bring teams on board?
I start by observing how they really work and involve them in defining the rules. Every engagement includes training and change management, so tools are adopted for the long term and teams become autonomous.
Do we need technical skills to deploy an AI agent?
No. I handle the specification, implementation with your tools and team training. Your role is to share your processes and validate the business rules.
What happens to our data?
Data is addressed at specification stage: what the agent reads, what it may change, where it is stored. Choices are made with you, in line with the GDPR and your internal rules.
