I have been connecting strategy, data and product since 2008. Today, AI is the most powerful tool I have had to do it, as long as it serves people.

I spent eight years on the executive committee of Daryl Social Software, publisher of Easyflirt and the Prelinker affiliate platform, as CMO, then COO, and platform Product Owner. I wrote specs, ran data and grew a network of 18,000 affiliates in 15 countries.

In 2015 I chose independence. I co-founded Open Team, a UN-accredited NGO. In 2016 and 2017 I spent six months digitalising the sales and marketing teams of Mondadori France, a press group, which confirmed my conviction that a transformation succeeds through training and team buy-in. From 2016 to 2020, I supported leaders and executive committees in France, Spain, Canada and Mexico with Aura Impact, a company I co-founded in Canada, notably for McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management, whose online learning I helped digitalise, and for Canadian foundations and institutions. From 2020 to 2023, I co-founded a concept store in Mexico, a mezcal bar and a traditional textile shop working directly with artisan communities. In 2024, I founded Gaïa Connection to continue that work. In 2025 I spent ten months with Bouygues Telecom on the go-to-market of InternationalSIM. Today I design and deploy AI agents for SMEs, in France and internationally.

My approach is ethical and human: transparent AI framed by written rules and human review, controlled data, and teams trained to become autonomous. I choose the simplest, most ethical and local solution over the tool of the moment, with European tools and data hosted in Europe whenever possible.

I work in French, English and Spanish. I hold degrees from ESCD 3A and Tecnológico de Monterrey and completed Harvard Business School's CORe programme.

In 2023 I sailed the North Atlantic, from Iceland to Greenland and back: 1,020 nautical miles. It taught me what I practise in my work: hold a course, read the data, and adjust without losing sight of the goal.

I am also a certified yoga teacher and have taught classes. It is another school of listening and group facilitation, which I bring to every training I lead.
