This policy explains what data is processed when you visit this site or use the contact form, and what your rights are.

Contact form

When you use the form, the data you enter (name, email address, company, need, message) is sent by email so that I can reply. It is not stored on the site. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a contract and legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. Retention: three years from the last exchange, unless a contract is signed.

If you subscribe to the Le Cap newsletter, your email address is processed to send it to you, based on your consent, confirmed by double opt-in. It is managed with Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), which hosts data in the European Union. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email; your address is then removed from the mailing list.

Audience measurement

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure traffic (page views, referrers, countries, device types). According to Cloudflare, this tool uses no cookies and does not track individual visitors; statistics are aggregated. Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the United States.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The newsletter sign-up form loads a script provided by Brevo. Fonts are hosted on the site itself, so no data is sent to a third party when they load.

Hosting

The site and email are hosted by IONOS SARL, in France and the European Union.

Recipients

Your data is intended only for Charlotte Portelli. It is never sold or passed on to third parties.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@charlotteportelli.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
